I think a NHB-lite would be very useful. Members have been dragging each other left & right lately and it's only been resulting in WPs, which haven't been resulting in less fighting. The "lite" part comes into play with how ruthlessly people could drag each other. Like... a members appearance or anything too personal would be off limits, but you'd still be able to give a good read.
