Right cuz it's not like Mariah wasn't just judging on American Idol or promoting her single to her latest album or anything.
If we were to go by Google trends then Demi would be more popular than Gaga and Britney, they mean nothing.
Mariah is nowhere near as relevant or popular as Britney right now, saying they're on the same level is an insult to Britney. Especially on a worldwide scale.
But Google is what people are actually checking for instead of baloney media hype.
Gaga and Katy have been low over the past several months because they've both somewhat gone into hiding. Google doesn't update the trend charts in real time though, so it'll be a while before we see those two lines pick up.
And Demi promoted her album and singles like crazy. It's reasonable that she's above a wheel-chair bound Gaga and a mute Katy. especially when we're talking about millions/billions of google searches from the general public, as opposed to just stanWorld

Because I saw Circus Tour twice, Femme Fatale once and own the DVD and had watched it quite a few times when I first bought it. So I've come to my conclusions fairly. She had tons more energy during Circus. Particularly because she was in better shape. I have no doubts if she were fully prepared for Femme Fatale body wise, she'd had done better in executing on FFT. But for the entire show she looks like she's just pushing through it, she's off mark with the dancers for every performance, the diaper costume, just everything was a failure.
The only performances she really gave her all were "Hold It Against Me" and "Till the World Ends", maybe add in "How I Roll" + "Trouble for Me". "HIAM" was the only performance on the entire show that was consistently a good performance. The rest of them were either 100% boring or started off good and got bad at the end, or were just mediocre.
Compare the performances of the songs she did on Circus as well.
"Toxic" on Circus or FFT?
"Piece of Me" on Circus or FFT?
"Amy" on Circus or FFT?
Or compare the new performances.. pretty much all the Blackout song performances demolish any of the performances of Femme Fatale songs.
And even though she did the entire "Slave 4 U" choreography, I still feel more energy from her with the slowed down version.
Despite the lack of original choreography, there is FIRE behind her stage presence. I said none of the Britney in this video on FFT.
You can see she felt sexy and confident, in not only that performance but in pretty much all of the performances on Circus. She is awkward and boring in 95% of the Femme Fatale Tour. These are facts, not opinion.
Britney's highest Google Trend rating in years was December 2008: 35 for the Circus album release. The next highest for November 2009: 18 for when the "3" music video premiered, and it's been pretty much down and slightly up ever since. Even X Factor ever only got her back up to 12
i tried to rate the perfomances for both tour .... the comparison is based on the order of both setlists except :
- s n m / baby one more which i compared it with ooh babay and hot as ice
- dont let me with everytime cause they r both ballad
- till the world ends with womanizer cause both were the last song she performed

"Up N' Down" < piece of me is one of the best in circus tour "3"= radar they both have basic dancing nothing special
"Piece of Me" i dont consider it a perfo so i dont include it "Big Fat Bass" = boys they both r mediocre at best "How I Roll" = if u see amy they both r very enjoyable
"Lace and Leather" > me against the first is more funny "If U Seek Amy" > freakshow
"Gimme More" < get naked "(Drop Dead) Beautiful" = breathe on me- touch of my hand they r both boring but the end on drop is the best the same goes for the end in touch of my hand "He About to Lose Me" > do something "Boys" > i m a slave "Don't Let Me Be the Last to Know" = everytme
"...Baby One More Time" / "S&M (Remix)" < "Ooh Ooh Baby" / "Hot as Ice" "Trouble for Me" = toxic
"I'm a Slave 4 U" = babay one more
