2NE1 and f(x) would easily find success in the UK. Both have ample English speakers and Western style. Red Light would easily smash in the UK if recorded in English.
I'd love to see a company try it out, but the group has to be somewhat accessible to Western audiences in terms of looks and personality.
Plus the UK market is really not that hard to promote in, the company just has to send a stack of cash to Capital FM and promote heavily on TV which most idols are used to doing in Korea anyway, plus loads of festivals/gigs/performances, to get people interested.
