Mind boggling. Unless there's a clause in the contract, I wouldn't be surprised if it got cancelled.
To be fair though, Celine and Shania rarely ever sell out their dates either. So maybe they don't expect much? It is Vegas and there are billions of dollars rolling around everywhere.
