I remember on ATRL at some point there was a thread saying Radio should have been the song to get remixed with Gaga and they should have climbed to the top of a radio tower during a rainstorm in the video and saved each other or something.

The most tragic idea I've ever read. I like the song but Gaga would not have suited that song and that is the totally wrong direction for the video. Gaga actually did a great job on VP but it was a strange song to put her on considering urban wouldn't go near it because of her name. The video gave us some of Bey's best looks though so whatever.

The video idea is certainly dumb but Radio was definitely more fit for the Gaga collab than VP and if she "suited that" then she could have easily suited Radio especially since that song was the closest to the sound she was doing back then lol.

You think so? I'm not so sure. I mean sure it does sound a little like a TFM track but I don't know, I just can't imagine Gaga singing on it and she sounds great on VP to me. But she probably would have worked on Radio too and that sure as hell would have been more popular.

It was cute on paper but in practice it's a mess and I'm scared Bey will tie into it too much for her next era and **** everything up. Although TIDAL already used up their guinea pig and hopefully the mess it caused for her career warned Bey off.

I'd kill for a Janet collab even though I doubt it would happen.

Let me speak out as one of the only Hive (and ATRL user in general) that is totally behind the joint album as a fully fledged era with 4+ singles and a tour. It'll be amazing and I don't know why y'all are so against it, whether you're scared it'll overexpose her before B6 or maybe it's ATRL's bias against men, I don't know. But why wouldn't you want an album of DriLs, Bonnie & Clyde's and On The Run's?

I'm here for it this fall.

I'm sure there will be tracks like Suit & Tie. There will I'm sure be tracks that are 90% Bey and 10% Jay and vice versa, maybe even solo tracks from both.

Idk I think it's a great move. Although it could take away the excitement from the next album. Then again if people really are desperate for solo Bey then I'm sure the excitement will still be there.

Excited to see how that photoshoot from a couple of weeks back turned out.

Sis I'm here for it too! The Hive is doing waayyy too much on this Album. This album will open doors. The thing I love about Bey and Jay is that they are always silent about their music before their music is released. And when they drop this album y'all will eat your words.

If Jay delivers lyrically, I think this joint album could be great. Especially if it's set up like the Speakerboxxx/The Love Below album. Bey is already in her creative peak and maybe seeing that could motivate Jay a bit.

But then again, they're two of my favorite artists individually so them together musically is always welcome.

"Radio" & "Video phone" didn't need a remix.they're were already flawless songs..she just should've gave the era a proper re release with a new GaGa song..the album probably would've sold 10M that way also...90% of her re releases are pointless and doesn't ever contribute to the overall success of the era..the only thing the Beyonce era needed to sell 4M was a good holiday discount..and don't get me started on all the Sasha releases
