The thing is, the relevance of the iTunes position changes from week to week. Meaning that what was flop sales at #12 one week, may be awesome the next depending on how the #1 song and "surrounding" songs are doing.

But of course! Unfortunately sales aren't that great right now if you aren't in the top two positions. And really the only significance in week-by-week sales is around high sales period or immense competition.

She has done more promo than almost any other act on the first week.
You forget there was a 20 sec video preview in her show with 13.3 M audience, a radio interview and a Q&A on twitter.
I don't think there are many acts that promote their singles since the first week. Xtina's promo is not big yet but is not less than the rest of acts.

To me that is very little promotion, a 20 (second) clip of the (making) of the music video, 1x 5 to 10mins radio interview and 3 or 4 questions answered on twitter by her.. That is very little promotion especially compared to some in the top 10 p!nk had quite a few performances, 2x itunes banners, album release etc. Christinas promotion has been extremely lacking so far for the single and any promotion has been for her local fans and not so much to the masses..

I was talking about promo in the release week. Blow Me was released like two month ago and Pink is releasing her album this week, it is normal the huge promo.
The video preview was in a show with 13 million audience, that is good promo even if it was only 20 sec. It is 13 M potencial buyers.

I am not saying she has done huge promo but to say there is cero promo like many people is saying here it is just not true. I don't want to say any name but I will die to see this promo on the first week from my favorite artist in her next single.

I think it was a mistake releasing the single almost three weeks after the demo leaked,
which is not different from a final version,at least I can't see it,it's like GIve Me All Your Luving demo and final,
it sounds the same,and the sad thing is while I liked demo,the final version seems dated to me already-cause I've played demo 20 times maybe?- and I'm tired of it before 5th listen.
