At least I hope so because I want her to continue growing and writing as she experiences life well into old age. I like the decision she took with Speak Now to write it entirely by herself and now I am excited by the direction she has taken with RED to switch it up. I want her to continue writing by herself but also learning from other
people in the process to become a better artist. I don't want her to be a one album wonder but a several album wonder where the original fans have grown with her over the years and she has brought in new fans as her music has evolved.

Well put and how I feel as well. But I know quite a few of the original fans, myself included, who are slipping away due to a perceived step back in terms of growth and a watering down of her musical style.
I'm all for experimenting and taking chances though. A lot of us get unfair reps here where people think we need her to be country or we hate songs because they're not country. I don't need her to be country at all. Especially if she's going to he generic country.
I want her to work with amazing producers who really challenge her to explore HER sound and not make a mishmash of other people sounds. Or to co-opt her name for their own sound. Someone like Rick Rubin, Paul Epworth, T Bone again, Dangermouse I hope we get that on this album a bit but its probably a few LPs down the road I guess. Right now she's learning what it takes to be commercial and while that's not a bad thing it's not necessarily a good thing either.
But unfortunately the way it's going she's going to be stuck with WANEGBT for a very very long time.
