Buckle up, Warren haters, she's going to be the VP. Her campaigning with Hillary in a major city in a swing state neither is from is pretty indicative of that.
I need to vent though, I live five minutes away from downtown Cincinnati and this has to happen when I'm 900 miles away for an internship?! My friends and family got to meet Hillary when she campaigned in KY and I was in TX for an internship... Why??
But, I'm getting paid thousands. I might be able to get a special treat with her if I buy one of those tickets to have a dinner or something. Idk. That'd be such a waste of money, but I'd be able to do it, so that's all that matter.
But I do have to ask, how can a Republican ever get elected for the presidency ever again if the demographics are changing but the Republican party itself is not? If the Republicans carry the same platform they have been carrying these past few years into the future, there is not going to be much hope for them. If they mold their platform, then maybe.
Except it is changing. Donald just stood up for gays and women in his speech today more than any other republican candidate probably ever has. He's a unifier of the American people, that much is clear.

I meant actually changing their platform to include positive legislation for women, LGBTQ people, racial minorities, etc. not just using talking points for publicity. I remember Trump defending trans people in restrooms but he has also met with anti-LGTBQ leaders. Dems walk the talk, Republicans just talk the talk.

he's dividing his own party. He's actively discriminating an entire group of people based on their religion and national origin. He has said numerous misogynistic comments. He's in no way unifying anyone.

You're feeding into other people's projection of him and media dishonesty. And if leaning more central/left on certain issues while attracting a record number of Republican votes = dividing his party then that's an amazing accomplishment.
New poll of AZ has HRC at 47, Donald at 42. She has a 17 point lead in Pima county, where I live. It's the second largest county in the state. They're tied in Maricopa county, the largest.
