Round 16 is...
Picture Perfect
Last round, you represented emojis with songs. This time, you're representing pictures. But don't worry... The two rounds are still different.
With the emojis, you had less wiggle room and you really had to just represent what was given to you in a more straight-forward manner. This round goes a little deeper than that. I've done this round in two previous seasons though it wasn't same as is it now in one of them.
I will give you six pictures. They're not all from the same theme/brand like the emojis were. They're completely different from each other. You will choose a track to represent each based off what you feel each image represents/denotes. You also have more freedom as you are allowed to explain your tracks this round. Briefly, but still a good privilege to have.
You should look at each image. Ask yourself what you see here. Choose a track. And then explain your choice.
Last season, I gave a sentence limit as to how long explanations could be in order to avoid people writing essays. A little argument ensued over it so this time around, explain as you feel
necessary.
This is what I'd define as a necessary explanation:
1. State what the image's meaning is to you.
2. Explain how your track choice fits that meaning.
In literature/english class, I have often wrote more than necessary in order to fluff up my writing. This is not a class/course. You don't need to do that. Just follow the 1-2 Step above and you're good.
The panel will be ranking again this round. Your actual song choice matters most just like in previous rounds but your explanation will be used to justify and differentiate between placements.
It's important not to use this freedom of explaining to create things that aren't there. You still need to make sure your song choice actually does fit the image. Your interpretation of an image may differ from your fellow castaway's but as long as both your interpretations can be found in that image, it will be a matter of whose interpretation is better than who is right and who is wrong.
Oh! So you remember how Vulnicura was eliminated last round because he was the worst performing castaway in the ranks?

Your worst nightmare has come true. Instead of one double elimination round this season. We're doing two!
I know. Your host is pure evil!
Yes, the castaway who has the lowest average rank after the 6th image rank is posted will leave the game in 6th place. Only 4 of you will move on to Round 17 which is the final round before our finale.
The end is near fatties. Get ready.
With that news dropped, let's get into the guidelines.
Guidelines:
Much like last round, I will not need a formatted entry this round as entries will be posted together as they were last round. I will just need 6 yt videos in addition to 6 explanations. Just make sure to denote which stuff belongs to which image though I'm sure you'll all go in chronological order anyway.
I'm not expecting that many people to want the same tracks but as usual, I'll get back to you to either confirm or inform you a track is already taken.
Results will be posted just like last round in which the panel ranks your song selections. As I just announced, this round is a double elimination in which one of you is eliminated right after results are posted yet again. That person will be the castaway with the lowest average placement after all six image ranks have been posted. Each round, I will keep you posted on which castaway is in danger of elimination based off their average placement.
Results will take place over two days unless Element falls asleep and I have to do a continuous results show with zero sense of organization to it again.
One day will be Pictures #1-3 and the next day will be Pictures #4-6.

Entries are due July 12th at 1:00 PM PST. That's almost 4 full days so it should be enough time to complete this.

Winner of this round will be immune from elimination. The worst performing castaway will be eliminated from the game automatically. Others will be up for elimination at Tribal Council.
