JUSTIN BECOMES "PROACTIV"
In a literal promotion blitz, Justin Bieber has been named as the new endorsement celebrity for the acne-ridding brand -- "Proactiv". Proactiv is notably the biggest and most known acne treatment brand there is today, and Justin Bieber being a model for it only ranks in more cash and makes the brand more known around the wold. With him being officially named with it, promotional things have already started. Justin has Billboards of him with the brand, his face on buses, and advertisements inside of the newest magazines (his issue of U.S. Weekly hits stores today). Justin Bieber has previously been an endorsement celebrity for brands of many things, and with a hit era coming to a finish with so much success he is sure to appear in even more brands in upcoming months and years.

JUSTIN'S TOUR SPECIAL PREMIERES ON VH1
Justin Bieber's tour special premiered on VH1, on their program called -- "VH1: Tours". Each week they'll show a special 2 hour episode of a celebrity's tour on a random tour date. This week was Justin Bieber's "Dreams Believe" Tour in Los Angeles. It showed the whole performance that tour day within a 2 hour episode, when the tour started it's 1st day back in August. The tour since has gone on to become the most successful tour of the year, spanning over 40+ days by the end of it's leg in Europe, and coming towards 60 dates atleast before finishing according to sources. The tour setlist was about every song from his album, "The Complete Dream" which also has a new re-release "The Complete Dream: Complete Times" due to be in stores Physically next week and has already been shipped to physical retailers. He also performed some of the songs from his "The Rise to Fame" EP. Overall the tour date shown on the program was one of his most praised tour dates overall, as critics dubbed it "the perfect way to start a tour". They were positive on vocal performance, choreography, and charisma/energy being one of the best they've seen from tours of artists. Many also claim it was his best date of the U.S. leg.

JUSTIN ANNOUNCES 'SPECIAL PROJECT'
Justin Bieber came onto all of his social networks today which include -- Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, JustinBieber.com, and Youtube to announce he had a special project coming November. Nobody has a clue to what this Secret Project will be, but he said "it's sure to put you guys in a great mood! It will be something special I feel like is also innovative, something much singers aren't doing right now". He's said in the past he's working on stuff soon that will be better than his 4 songs he contributed to the Soundtrack for his movie -- "Fast Times at University". All we know is that hopefully we'll be receiving information an exact week from now, when November strikes the clock. His fans immediately trended "#JustinsSecretProject" to #1 on Twitter after he announced the news everywhere, and are hoping he spills some information regarding this project in any interviews soon.

GIRL WITH THE RED LIPSTICK MUSIC VIDEO
Taylor Swift premiered the music video for the third single off her fifth studio album 'All At Once' on MTV and Vevo. So far the video for 'Girl With The Red Lipstick' has been met with amazing reception from both fans and critics, who admired Swift doing something out of the box for once (shade). The video has become Taylor Swift's fastest viewed video in less than just a short hour.
The video starts off with a black hearse slowly driving down a long abandoned highway. There is no audio for the video as you see the hearse driving for a few more seconds until a haunting and sinister version of 'Girl With The Red Lipstick' starts when we see inside the hearse. A girl (who appears to be Taylor) is dressed in a black dress with a black hat with a veil over one side of her face. Her lips are ruby red and she seems pretty determined as she looks in the distance. Close ups of her red lips are shown before she pulls out a tube of red lipstick to apply to her already coated red lips. The song then starts as Taylor looks in the rear mirror, where we see a so of a coffin back in the back of the hearse. Taylor continues driving until she gets to a misty lake where she gets out with some expensive sunglasses on. With her shades on, you hear the clack of her stiletto heels as she walks to the back of the hearse to open it. People in black cloaks come out of the deep forest and Taylor smirks as they take the coffin out of the car. Before they do Taylor draws an 'X' on the coffin with red lipstick before they throw the hearse into the water where it sinks. The full production comes in as it shows Taylor in the back of the hearse taking off her dress and hat to reveal a more provocative and risqué dress, her hair straight. The people in the cloaks get in the car, one in the drivers seat and the other beside Taylor. They pull off their cloaks to reveal each other as very attractive men. Taylor smirks and kisses them both as they drive off into the distance. They get out in an alley that has a woman's red lips as a sign, in neon. Taylor enters first to be greeted by more men until she gets to a bunch of women in lace outfits. They greet Taylor in excitement with whips but Taylor continues walking with no care. Taylor continues walking until she reaches a big door and pushes through it, revealing a long corridor that's all red. On the two sides of the grand hall are long red beds with woman in lingerie on them. They look envious towards her but Taylor's eyes are set on what's in the distance. A man played by Douglas Booth sits at a throne shirtless with just his crown on and he's smoking a cigarette and she's heading up the steps to the throne when two guards grab her and pull her behind the throne to a room where they throw her on the bed. The room is nice and the bed is huge and has ribbon on either side. The King (Douglas) comes in where he sees Taylor on the bed, he removes his royal robe, revealing him in his jeans as he moves towards the bed. Taylor lays there prepared but frightened as he gets on the bed and gets on top of her. It isn't long before he kisses her and she kisses back. Scenes of them kissing and the two taking off each other's clothes are shown. Some love making scenes are shown before Taylor pulls out a knife and stabs him in the heart. He starts bleeding and Taylor coats her lips with his blood. Taylor sets fire to his body and the entire underground empire and escapes the club. She goes out to find all her minions dead in the street, Cursing to herself she drives back to the lake where she sits in the hearse before she decided to get out. She gets out and is looking out a the road when you see a girl covered in blood and in a black dress behind her. She's wet and her lipstick and make up are messy. It's Taylor. The dark Taylor leaps towards the live Taylor with pitch black eyes and the video ends.

SPOTIFY COMMENTARY FOR "COMPLETE TIMES"
Justin sat down with Spotify to do a special commentary on his whole album -- "The Complete Dream: Complete Edition" which was released to Spotify today. He sat down and did 1-2 minute commentary on each of the 20 tracks on the album, and he also did an interview which was uploaded to Spotify's Youtube. We got the commentary he did on the special 4 new tracks:
"Fast Times":
"So as most people know, I came up with this song in the studio because were like 'we need a song that is basically the theme song to the album, like how shows have theme songs to go along with them' . This song went along perfectly with the movie to me, so I just decided this was gonna be on the soundtrack and it was gonna be the 1st song to it. You hear this song 2-3 times throughout the movie actually, twice in the movie - a third time in the closing credits. This is probably my favorite song I did for the movie too, actually. Not gonna lie at all"
"Spring Break":
"I did this song as a duet for the movie obviously, and it was sorta something that came together at the last minute really. I was asked to have my vocals on this song, and as a result - the duet came together. It wasn't really something, I did anything with to be completely honest. I didn't write it, I didn't produce it, I was just asked to be in it? No problem with me, but yeah the song is like the duet of the movie I guess."
"Time After Time":
"Taylor Swift was such a great songwriter...so doing this song with her was like amazing. But the thing is, we did like 3 other songs before this. I forgot the names of them, but we were just like 'let's use this' when it came down to deciding which tracks would make the final version of the soundtrack. This one is like a really close kinda song anyone can relate to, so I like it. I also like how Taylor has the guitar production in this, like it sounds so unique if you'd hear this song somewhere just the beginning alone you'd be like 'that's that Time After Time' song."
"Lemme Get That":
"It was literally so damn hard keeping this song as a secret! It wasn't revealed as a Bonus Track until the movie premiered literally. This is I think, one of my favorite songs I've ever recorded in general. 'Fast Times' remains my favorite, but I just could not could not let this go...so I put this in as the 13th track to the Soundtrack. It just sets this whole vibe around you...like when you hear the song you get into that mood. You know you're just jamming to the song, and you know this is theee song. Nobody evens knows this, but it was recorded partially when I was recording "The Complete Dream" and it was never ear-catching to me, but when I did the final version for this I just found a new love for the song in general."

JUSTIN PERFORMS ON X-FACTOR U.K.
Justin performed last night on X-Factor U.K. live, and got some of the female judges hearts throbbing! Justin, the teen phenomenon performed his newest single -- "Fast Times". The single is from his re-released commercially successful album "The Complete Dream: Complete Dream". He came to stage with the lights dimmed, then burst out with a surprise and a round of applause from the audience. He then performed the song smoothly, and the best part of the performance you may hear from most was when he came over to the Judges' Table and gave some steamy looks to the female judge. He was playing obviously, the woman was flattered and laughing along as he did it, and at the end of his performance she stood up herself and gave the star a standing ovation.

JUSTIN HITS UP, "TOP OF THE POPS"
While in U.K. the superstar Justin Bieber performed on X-Factor, and before leaving U.K. he made his annual visit to Europe's Top Music Countdown - "Top of the Pops". Justin is loved by the show, and the same could be said about Justin's love for the show. Justin was recently named "King of the Pops" for the 2013 Award Magazine by Top of the Pops. While he stopped there, he was interviewed - along with performing his single "Fast Times" from the Soundtrack and his album -- "The Complete Dream: Complete Times". Justin also thanked U.K. for making his latest singles smash there as usual, as "Showtime" highlighted up the charts and "Fast Times" made an amazing debut there today.

In addition to starring on the show with a stellar performance, Justin Bieber covers this week's issue of the magazine -- "Top of the Pops". His cover also hits the shelves all over U.K. stores today, and will be in the shelves for the next 2 weeks. Justin gave them an interview on his favorite types of things to do in a relationship for the magazine, all while keeping his relationship a secret. Still dating Ariana? Single?
