As you all know and have seen, ATRL is a place where music is appreciated and held dearly to all. One of the best parts about life here on ATRL is keeping updated on your favorite artists; another valuable aspect is learning new things about other artists. As a top member, venturing into your uncharted areas of the music scene will make you more knowledgeable on artists peculiar to you, and even the industry as a whole.
Your job in this challenge will be to listen to a semi-popular album, and to write a listener's review on it. The review can be in any kind of style, from iTunes Rater to Journalist; just be open-minded and analyze well!
Expectations: Your chosen album must be from an artist you don't ordinarily listen to, and you must listen to an album you have never listened to before. Try step out of your comfort zone - it's a great way to see what you otherwise wouldn't have.You may use outside sources, but don't make it look like you copied and pasted from Wikipedia - personalize and evaluate on your own scale.
You'll have 3 days to do the listening and analyzing, the sooner started the better!

It goes without saying that a Top Member should have a firm grasp of their public image on ATRL. Their tone, personality, posting style, penchant for dragging (or choosing not to!), use of smilies and use of gifs all factor into the online persona and resulting reputation created. Some like to think of it as branding. Hollywood - home of the famous, attractive, and wealthy. People from every corner of the country yearn to move to this land of celebrity so they can pursue their dreams. But not everything is as it seems. Once you achieve a certain level of fame, you have to work hard in order to maintain your status.
Relevance can make or break you in this dog-eat-dog world we call Hollywood. You could be on top of the world - three box office smashes, an oscar, and a golden globe under your belt - but all that means nothing if you fade out of the spotlight.
In the past, you've all promoted an artist's new album. Everyone knows who they are - the bright and shining stars of today. But what about the stars of yesterday? For this challenge, you will be tasked with revitalizing a celebrities' career. Create a "portfolio" of who they are, their previous work, and how you plan to get your celebrity back in the public eye.

IMPROVING ATRL:
A top member should know the ins-and-outs of ATRL and all that it can do. While absolutely a top-notch forum, many top members come up with ideas and feedback on how ATRL could be improved. Your challenge this week is to come up with a new feature or change that would help ATRL to become even greater. It could be something that would make ATRL life easier for other members, something that helps it looks better, or even taking away a feature that you find detrimental to ATRL as a whole. Be as creative and outrageous as you like! Considering what a powerful judging panel we have, the winner might have the chance to have their voice be heard and see their change happen on ATRL at some point.
For example, many members are hoping for ATRL to feature real-time updating in threads to keep from having to refresh the page over and over again. This would make it much easier to keep up with conversations in threads!

Imagine you got the chance to add a new section to ATRL. We already have "Music News", "Charts", "Videos", "Celebria", "Base", "The Lounge", "Blogs", "Your Top Ten" and "Games" but the Admins want a new one. Of course the most important point is to make a section the users would enjoy but dont forget to stay creative. Explain what the users would be able to do in your section and make the rules. Whether it be sight, taste, smell, touch, hearing or a combination, the five senses play a significant role in making, storing and retrieving memories. I remember the last time I was in a hurricane and I was awoken to "Come Clean" blasting from my friend's bedroom while I laid in the adjacent bathroom spooning a bottle of Captain amongst tampon applicators underneath the sink in Florida. No, I love it sis  ,the reason why I am screaming, is because it has all the D-list celebrities all fighting for a chance to be relevant again. A mess

If you do end up going down that road, which would be very respectable, I hope you are a friendly one; I met with a school psychologist once and he was not receptive or helpful at all, it was hard for me to imagine that he had actually gone through all that schooling to end up with a job he could not do at all.
