For shows, I believe you are allowed if you're under 18 or 21.

I went to Vegas when I was like 11 and we went to all the shows so I don't see why not.

And I had a good time! I'm still 16, too, but I don't think I'll ever be into gambling or strippers when I'm older.

I think her supposed Vegas 2 years contract includes this year, her shows start this year on December, and the next year (2014) her shows won't probably start again until summer and thats it , 2013-2014. (2 years) a few shows
