Stopp. Syco are doing a great job with her right now.
The amount of airtime she has on TV is unbelieveable, plus she's now getting playlisted on Radio.
They'll drop the video this week, probably on Friday once the charts are announced, that way she'll get video effect for the second week with increased streaming.

Well yeah, but there's no audio video when there really should be. She is doing promo, I'll give that to them, but I hope they realise how big Fleur really could be. I feel like they're going to waste this opportunity and it's hard to remain optimistic considering the labels history.
But the amount of people talking about this and praising the hell out of it, my mum and nan love her, and my nan hates black artists usually.

That's true, there should have been an audio or lyric video at least, very surprised at there not being one.
I agree that it's natural to be cautious with their history but I'm pretty sure Simon will do everything he can to make her a success. Honestly, everyone is talking about her performance last night, it was mentioned on Kiss FM today after they played Sax  Everyone seems to love her which is amazing! I hope this momentum stays.

Mismanagement can destroy ANYONE.
It ruined Leona and Alex, and they both were on Syco too, and were bigger at their peaks too.
She's not on Modest either. Syco have learned from their past mistakes, and now have newer versions of previous artists on their roster, and are promoting them how they should have done with artists of old.
It's from album number three where we need to worry.

I agree, but Alexandra and Leona did not have the allure or performance skills of Fleur. To a certain extent Alexandra did but even then, I haven't seen anything like Fleur in years, You just cannot take your eyes off her.
Thank God she's not on Modest!, I'm so happy. Yeah, I just hope they manage her properly at the end of the day. It's a good sign she has worked with Darkchild and Babyface rather than tragic UK producers that Syco just lazily used to draft in sometimes.

Now that's wrong and even you admitted that too  . Having seen both live, they do and did have the skills. Alex can dance like Fleur and better too (but we need to see higher level things from Fleur to properly judge). Alex and Leona did; there's a reason they sold so many records in a short space of time, and it's not just because of the songs.
I do worry about mismanagement too, because Fleur is of black descent, and that means the first half of her career is one big tightrope. There's a reason Beyonce micromanages everything.
Fleur is very much like Alex, and Alex's initial success will help her. The difference is that Fleur wasn't known as a vocalist, so she can do a lot more choreo (like Janet) and benefit from it. Syco have realised they've got to get the artist right or everything will fall apart.
On another note, her legs are on point, my GOD.

I do agree with the above, I just feel like Fleur has so much more potential.
Yeah her race is going to be something she'll battle against, but she's doing great so far, there doesn't seem to be much potential for a scandal with Fleur, she's not using gimmicks to launch her career, she's using pure talent, which is always a good basement to build.
She is so much like a young Janet, I hope she has just as much to say as Janet did because she has a platform for it. This will definitely be her Control. God, I couldn't stop talking about her today, I've watched her performance like 10 times too. So much going on on that stage, and all I was watching was her.

I want her to level up vocally, because she can basically have the career Alex didn't loool.
She has the exact same level of potential, as she's a great all rounder. The debut performance was EVERYTHING. They side to side choreo, the sass etc. I want her to change her hair colour and outfits, because she'll be compared to Beyonce in the US, and that is not a good thing for her.
Also, at this stage in her career, Alex had no potential for scandals, nor for people finding her annoying - it was quite the opposite, like with Fleur. Also, she built her career on talent, and still does well because of her talent; see here: ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8euC61XxkvM)
It's all about the marketing and press control. Syco were a bit **** back then, but know about social media and all now. Fleur probably will have that success, as it's a lot easier to take artists globally now with the release dates and all.
In terms of race, as long as they toe the line with her fashion and music, she'll be fine. Basically a pinch of her, Beyonce, Janet and the odd Whitney-esque song and she'll do great. The debut is not one to play with, it's got to play to her strengths perfectly, or it'll take double the effort to turn heads if it goes pear-shaped.

Ehhh honestly Alex messed herself up when she moved to RCA she did AMAZING on Syco. Thery gave her promo and HITS she flopped when she moved to RCA.
Leona well her music wasn't hit worthy last thing I heard by her that sounded like a hit was Collide. I think Leona and Alex fighting the label didn't help them either at all... but Syco us doing a great job with Fleur and even Ben.
