Sure any R & B singer can sing the song, for instance like Leona Lewis, but the song would go totally unnoticed (No Shade intended)... Which is why it's perfect for a singer like Beyonce because this would be a hit. People like: Tony Braxton, Brandy, Leona Lewis, Monica, etc would kill the song like Bey did, but they just don't have the popularity to sell the song.
