1. wheat bread, or other while grain bread. But if you want to achieve faster results you'll exclude the bread entirely (unless breakfast)

3. lol, no. condiments other than hot sauce and mustard (no calories are no dieters friend. Most others are pure saturated fat.
EDIT Easy lunch would be roasted chicken (leg, thigh or breast) and some broccoli. Not very appealing but will get you the results you need for next summer
