Season 5 is the worst IMO. They changed the whole point of the show way too much.
I've heard that Season 6 is really good, except Part 3 is weak.

I've watched up to mid Series 3 again, and realized why I loved it.
Nothing will beat the epicness of the Myotismon arc though. Them all running around the city was so epic.

A LITTLE BIT? It was nothing but messy. Established characters with back story and far more interesting personalities getting the shaft for some newbs? Taichi having the out right gall to make Daisuke the leader when Hikari and Takeru had more experience? Shipping Mimi off to America and keeping her there? The Kaiser arc lasting twelve episodes too long? EPISODE THIRTEEN! Archnemon and Mummymon being Jessie and James rip offs right down to the red and blue color scheme? Making BlackWarGreymon into a villain looking for redemption when that should have been Ken's story line? Covering BWG, the Destiny Stones, Oikawa, the dark spores, the Demon Corps and Myotismon's return in a span of fifteen episodes? That awful ending?

Zero Two will always hold a special place in my heart, it was the first season I ever watched in full, but hoemahgahd does it not age well.

Agreed on three (and most of one) though.

I get them when Angemon digivolves for the first time. They give him extra special effects during the digivolves that is the icing on the cake for me
