Talk That Talk
In Music of The Sun, she is a simple girl who likes to have fun. A Girl Like Me, she wants to break free from that simple girl. Good Girl Gone Bad, she wants to have more party, more fun and more love. Rated R. she shows that she can be a badass chick so you better not mess with her. Loud shows that even she is a bad chick, she still got that sweetheart that you can find in her and now her latest one, Talk That Talk shows that she is also a fun nasty bitch. The album is full of sex-crazed, hopeless romantic Rihanna and begs for you to cater her pleasures. The tracks are catchy like You Da One, Where Had You Been, and Talk That Talk. It also shows that she is thirsty for love in tracks We Found Love, Drunk on Love, We All Want Love and the sad Fool In Love. Some tracks are just way too nasty like Birthday Cake, Roc Me Out, and especially Cockiness. In my honest opinion, this is Rihanna's second weakest album so far. There are like only 5 tracks that I want to put on repeat and the rest are like one-listen-and-that's-it.
Score: 65/100
Top 3 Tracks: We Found Love, You Da One, We All Want Love

Talk That Talk
Top 3 Tracks: We Found Love, Where Have You Been, Watch N' Learn
As with every other Rihanna album, this album contains some cold cut jams that are guaranteed to keep her hardcore fans and casual fans alike on the dancefloor. Calvin Harris serves us the two best tracks on the album, lead single We Found Love and the Dr. Luke assisted Where Have You Been, where Rihanna serves us some heavenly vocals layered on Harris' A-Game productions. Another thing notable on the album is how it doesn't sound as calculated as her previous releases, Good Girl Gone Bad and Loud. You can literally hear her confidence and bravada in the tracks, notably in Cockiness (Love It) and Watch N' Learn. It doesn't hurt either that her vocal game has improved throughout the years. As with every other Rihanna album however, there is a handful of filler to compensate for its rushed release. Rihanna bored us with her whims on her love life with Farewell and We All Want Love and confuses with the presence of Birthday Cake. Everything else courses between serviceable dance anthems and flavorful urban tinged tracks.

Talk That Talk
Top 3 tracks: We Found Love, Where Have You Been, Drunk On Love.
Talk That Talk is a very empty album with no substance. Rihanna didn't make effort as an artist while doing this album, most of the lyrics talk about one thing only: sex. It's a very disturbing record, in some songs like 'Cockiness' and 'Birthday Cake', the listener just feel uncomfortable, she is obviously not doing the sex thing right (like Britney Spears does so well). She does some good things in this album too, like the heavy dubstep in 'We Found Love' and 'Where Have You Been', both penned + produced by the hitmaker Calvin Harris. And one of the highlights of the album is the beautiful 'Drunk On Love' that is very meaningful - not like the rest of the record. Rihanna needs to find herself as an artist, she is not making an effort and thinks that she will get a long career doing that, she won't and her fans desearves more than this.

I believe you. It's just much more efficient to assume every guy here is gay.
It's getting wayyy off topic here but at least it keeps the thread on the first page so I'll say something relevant to it.
At least Talk that TAlk is better than Loud

I don't know about that. I haven't really listened to LOUD in full. All I know in Only Girl, Man Down and What's My Name? are really good and Rated R slays LOUD and Talk That Talk.

Rated R is much better, I literally only like one song on Loud, and the singles besides Man Down are just for me.

You know what, once we get through all the relevant 2011/2012 albums, we should get in to some of the girls' back catalogs.

I'm probably going to get everyone pissed off by low scores... I kinda hope we don't do the first Pink Friday.
