Actually, I live in Washington State and they are premiering it on E! at 8:30 PM and 9:00 PM on Vevo.
I have directv and we get the east coast channels! I'm happy i don't have to stay up till midnight although i prolly will ,watching this video over and over again.

I wonder if Vevo is just going to upload it at the same time as E!, all the people in the US get to see it first while everyone else suffers for 10 minutes?
