Haven't watched it yet (and probably won't ) but sounds like a mess. Why she couldn't have just something Gaga "Cake"-esque I'll never know. Of course a gurls gotta do her best to try be "quirky".
Am I expected to believe that all these people signed off in being in the music video? Not a single blurred out face? What kind of staged mess?
All the people believed themselves to be in a show called Birthday Blowout so yes, they would have all signed themselves off for their image to be used in some form.
