About Selena Q.: I have an aunt, uncle and cousin who are JWs and they are against blood transfusions. Selena's case was not like that tho. Yolanda was a nurse and could have helped Selena and call 911 after she shot her but the dumb bitch didn't do ****! So by the time she got to the hospital she had already died. Had Yolanda performed first aid on her (pressured the wound to stop the bleeding) and called 911 ASAP; Selena might have gotten that blood transfusion in time and lived
. It was proven in court during Yolanda's trial by experts, the paramedics and the doctors from the hospital itself who attended her. They all testified that Yolanda's intervention could have helped save her. The blood transfusion bs was Yolanda's excuse to make her family look like they were the ones who ultimately killed her. That bitch is sick and evil tbh. Especially when Selena's brother flat out said in an interview that they would have accepted the blood transfusion, "we'd do anything to save her but we couldn't" was what he said
. What's worse is people actually believe Yolanda's lies despite being proven multiple times to be a disgusting liar/manipulator. I read somewhere that she was chosen by the elite to take out Selena because she was weak and evil. (Selena was also going to take immediate action against her for stealing from her fans and her). So that gave Yolanda further motive to kill her. Also because Selena refused to join the club (hence why it literally took her years to make it, she was 100% legit and worked her way to where she got). She was worth more to them dead (notice how big she got after) and was the perfect package. Her label has made millions off of her since her death. Plus, none of the other girls in the Latino club wanted her for competition because Selena was superior to them all in every way. Add all that and she made the perfect sacrifice
