I was really apprehensive when I saw him on TV but I was like "might as well see what Kworb loves so much about this ****", so I gave him a chance and I never looked back since. But Ma So Proteggertti is my favourite song. It's my favourite song because of some really personal reasons.
By the way I checked his range again. It's E2 to G5. It's E1 like you said because European musical notation is actually 1 octave lower than in the West, not sure why.. I just remembered a couple of days ago because I remember happening the same thing with Mariah's range, and they were all like in different notations so I was like this ain't right. So I was explained that in Europe that's how they do it.
I still think he can go a few tones lower than that though, it doesn't really "sound" like that is his limit, especially cause his voice has become even heavier since that live performance. Did you ever find out what note the "riiidi ridi" is at the beginning of Ma So Proteggerti?
