In a way she'll be iconic for being the first American Idol Winner and for having several MASSIVE hits like SYBG, BOY, MLWSY but I don't think as an artist she is iconic.. or yet. She is an iconic figure, has some iconic songs.. but as a musical artist I don't believe she is iconic yet but she still has time to grow!

They are all HUGE Kelly Clarkson fans. I'd reconsider that statement.
Why is that a statement? Having celebrity fans doesn't make one iconic. Demi Lovata (and Selena to an extent) are HUGE Kim Kardashian fans as well.. Doesn't make Kim iconic.
