I was worried initially to begin with if Cheryl could have a really big career without X Factor, because I paid to much attention to the haters, but seeing how strong Cheryl's fan base is on twitter and the fact she is approaching 2millions followers and most of that will be from the UK has really made me confident that she is going to be successful this year again in the UK at least, though I think she can go global if she works hard.

Edit: So what are all the rumoured song titles we have now? Better Than Candy, Bittersweet, Screw You and This Is War, am I missing any?

I think it is pretty cool that Cheryl was the number 1 trending topic in California, I really hope she tries to break America.

A little more information I have just seen, Ingrid Michaelson has registered a song called 'This Is War', so that is probably the song Cheryl has, as if you remember she wrote Parachute. Plus Jim Beanz did say that this song was not a club banger, so it could be quite simalar to Parachute tempo wise etc.

No, it wasn't a cover. Cheryl was first who has recorded it.
I don't know the details, but probably Cheryl's label simply bought rights to this song. This is how songwriters like Ingrid make money.

Yes, it was a song Ingrid wrote but never released (until she saw it worked with Cheryl)... "this is war" situation is different, that's why I'm not that sure it's the same song. Time will tell.

I know. Iggy is in interscope and so is Cheryl(will's label) so I would die if is true. It'll be betta to.collabo with her since she's new instead of nicki cuz everyone would.be like oh she's desperate for a hit yall know how this works.

I read Ingrid gave it/sold whatever parachute to Cheryl cuz she thought it was too poppy for her...then some Guy produced it and changed the arrangements. I guess he made it sound.indie enough :/

All this after Cheryl's version was released and smashed in the UK.
