I take Physics next year but i have heard HORROR stories about it. High school physics (over in the US) relies on ADVANCED ALGEBRA, not just Regular Algebra like for Chemistry. It's a heavily Math saturated course with topics of how things work etc.

Yes it's real! And it's a college credit course for History. AP Algebra 2/Trig is like honors

Ummm that isn't entirely correct. I'm in Physics now. Everything we've learned could have been accomplished with only Algebra 1 skills. As long as you know how to enter stuff into a calculator, you'll be fine. Algebra 2 skills are recommended because it makes everything much easier, but someone in Algebra 1 could still accomplish the work. I could only see them having trouble with some of the Trig stuff that physics requires. But it's all basic Trig stuff, nothing difficult. Even with the Trig stuff, as long as you can enter numbers into a calculator, you'll be fine.

Physics: My teacher copies everything from this other teacher but doesn't even teach us, so I'm worried about failing her ****.
AP US History: I need to maintain reading this material, which takes a long time.
Spanish 3: The only class I'm not worried about
British Literature: I have to write this damn research paper and I have to read the book Dracula and write a book review on it
Trigonometry: I don't understand a damn thing in this class, ughhh

And I still have the ACT, SAT, SAT II, debate tournaments, student council, and business events to worry about.

Ya'll I'm on the verge of a Britney breakdown. Someone hide the razors. I can't.
