Circus was a hit because it was riding on the comeback momentum. People were there for her. She has no momentum of that size now. So she actually has to push it for it to even outsell FF. She can release it on her birthday have high first weeks sales and huge drops the following weeks if there isn't a push for steady sales.
People are too focused on week one.
