Girrrrrrrrl, all the things you listed as the problems are the reasons why I love it.
Break The Ice & Radar shouldn't of even been discussed as single choices for Blackout, it could've easily been a GGGB or TD era if this was the single order & if Britney was into it of course:

Gimme More and Radar are flawless, no doubts about it. Easily one of her best songs, period. Piece of Me's robotic vocals are exactly what makes it so awesome, those robotic vocals SLAY on that song. Heaven on Earth is a bit long, but it's so soothing and calm that you never notice, it can go on and on. Perfect Lover is a bop and Outta This World is by no means filler.
