Ah, I see. Well I do agree with your theory that he'll be doing training as a Green Seer but in my head the timeline is working so when Bran returns in S6 it'll just pick up where he left of. The advantage of him being on a separate tangent to most of the other characters is that there's not much reference as to whether everything he did during S4 was happening at the same time as the other characters. Like for all we know, some of the stuff that's been happening this season may have happened alongside Bran discovering Brynden Rivers in the previous season.
