Exactly. I know better than that, especially now that TIDAL is involved as well.

Beyonce could easily make an album sell 10 million WW if she promoted.

But someone like Adele promoted less than Beyonce, and sold nearly 30 million.

I think the next era depends on what Beyonce wants. Self Titled was important to her career because it turned her into an hipster and bolstered her Instagram/Tumblr impact. If it was a blockbuster success, that may have not happened.

You know what? I think a Tidal exclusive could along w/ her releasing the albums to other outlets like Spotify and iTunes.

Just think, she releases a exclusive version of the the album on Tidal that contains extended version of each album track but releases the "shortened/album" versions to retailers, Spotify, etc. Or she could release music videos for songs she KNOWS won't be a single along w/ the Tidal exclusive. I think something like that could work & appease both sides and all without her sabotaging herself.

I also think a Fall album will be ideal. Like the first week of November. More time to capitalize off of the Q4 sales climate since as she won't be promoting. Hopefully there's a song on there that promotes healthy living bc that's the only reason she'll get on TV for interviews these days.

She should just do a deluxe TIDAL exclusive with extra songs/BTS footage to help TIDAL out because like you said it's gonna be an exclusive in some form. A standard version for everyone else. I think that's fair. A FULL TIDAL exclusive would be disastrous.
