The blasphemy, their ballads are amazing.
Even if you don't like ballads their other tracks more than make up for it.
Stop being so demanding.
I don't have anything against ballads and slow songs in general.
They're just not what I want from a group like Orange Caramel.
Their catalogue is great though. Just not flawless.
I don't like most of OC songs to be honest, but that's just me. I just don't like the cuty overload, I feel like listening to Kidz Bop.
I'm generally the same way when it comes to girl groups, a lot of the cutesy stuff doesn't click with me (although there are exceptions).
What I like about Orange Caramel though is that they take cutesy to a really weird or uncomfortable place on purpose. To me, it doesn't feel like they do it in the "haha I'm so cute! xD" way, it's more like trying to make people say "wtf" over them. They stand out above the rest and they're not necessarily boxed in to that concept.
Jesus help me. The best MV of the year. And the song slayed. They killed it.
First of all, I'm not a huge fan of member changes but they worked it as a 4 member group. Second, I'm not a huge fan of Kara but I can't deny that their legacy is cemented. They're legends and they just proved it again.
And last but not least, can we all agree that Gyuri is the hottest member EVER. Omg, the good sis is confusing my sexuality
After a couple of listens, Ace is still pretty good so I'm assuming I like it. The first four tracks are kind of dragged down by the last two, but Wicked and Play Me are still better than the average filler so all is forgiven.
Mamma Mia is great also. And the mini is actually better than usual for KARA which is cool. Live, So Good, 24/7 >>>
My Copycat is...one of those songs that you don't really listen to that often but is stuck in your head nonetheless. It's good but it really does feel just like a mashup of Catallena and Lipstick. The video is good though.
