Next to the "sign out" button you'll see the Help link. Click the drop arrow, and go to "contact staff"
There you should be brought to a page where you can type in the subject line and then write down what you want to say. From what I've heard, it creates it's own new thread in the mod forum where it is always going to be seen. The only way for your help request to be ignored is if a mod sees it and decides to do nothing about it.
In your case the points will definitely be reversed
