I tried to be optimistic when she got the nomination but if she doesn't win the DNC need to take a long hard look at themselves and support someone like Bernie in the next election.

This result has pretty much shattered any suggestion that we live in a progressive society. Maybe in the Tumblr bubble. Most Americans are still out there thinking people who aren't white or wealthy or hetero or are different from them in any way are beneath them and they will gleefully crush you under their boot without a second thought.
