Naughty Boy confirmed he’s working on Britney’s new album in a radio interview with Capital FM back in May, and now their studio session’s just a short time away.
“The Britney Spears session, as far as I know, is a couple of weeks away but we’ve started a process and I’m working with William Orbit who I’m a massive fan of and he asked me to get on board,” Naughty Boy tells MTV News UK.
“It’s amazing and he’s working on the record and the stuff we’ve done, I hope that it’s something that takes her to another level as well so I wouldn’t want to do something ordinary with Britney.”
Naughty Boy’s worked with Rihanna, Emeli Sandé, Cheryl Cole and Leona Lewis.
A few weeks ago, Naughty Boy said of the collaboration:
“William Orbit who’s producing some [of her new album], they’re coming down to the studio, him and Britney to work together with me. It sounds really good. I’ve always wanted to work with her but I’d love to do something a bit different.”

Britney told the judge overseeing her conservatorship during her status hearing on Monday she’s ready for her Las Vegas residency, reports RadarOnline.com.
She told Judge Reva Goetz “how excited she was to be performing in Las Vegas,” said a source.
“The plan is for Britney to begin the shows around New Years Eve, with a huge concert on the last night of the year,” the insider added.
“The judge was impressed with how happy and excited Britney was.”
“Britney assured Goetz she could handle the stress and felt comfortable with the performance schedule. Britney won’t be moving to Las Vegas permanently; she’ll perform for several weeks in a row and then have time off. Rehearsals are already underway for the gigs and Britney is heavily involved in the choreography.”
The deal’s expected to be finalized next week.
“Britney to appear at a press conference in Las Vegas and announce further details about the concerts,” the insider said. “It’s a very exciting time in Britney’s life and she has never been better.”

Yes! 
Britney's happy, she'll be going in the studio soon with Naughty Boy, Vegas will be announced soon, and the first show could possibly be on New Year's Eve!  That'd be a fantastic way to get some hype going.
