And for those who asked, the demo is available on Origin but it is invite only. The screen I posted is just from some random fan site, whose owner already have the CAS
I started with a default face then manipulated it to how i wanted it to be, The tools took a few minutes to get used to but i wouldn't say they are hard to use just different. You can move the position of the mouth, make it wider or shorter, change the thickness of each lip. I don't remember being able to change the curvature, will have to check later but there are a lot of default lips to play with.
I had no problems manipulating nearly every facial feature, there is a close up mode where you can get quite detailed. I also think the freckles, beauty marks etc look much better as do the tattoos. To be honest i would say it is a big improvement, both of my sims were produced quickly.
I found the bodies most difficult to get right as sometimes they looked completely out of proportion lol
