True, I think she does most of her recording at Luke's home studios. For PRISM, the only other places she recorded (as far as I know) were in Santa Barbara where there's hardly any paparazzi or in Sweden where I doubt the paparazzi care about her

She doesn't really seem to record in those LA/New York studios where pop girls usually get papped anymore

you guys know NOTHING, stop trying to guess when KP4 is coming. We didn't really know when she'd started work on PRISM besides a few tweets (one of which came like two months before Roar dropped)

at this point it's annoying

She said last month that she was still in the "research and development stage" or whatever which means she hasn't started recording or even writing yet. It took her 11 months to finish SPIRM (she ended up finishing it faster than she thought she would, remember she said that they originally didn't think they'd be able to start the era/release Roar until February 2014 which would have been 15 months of recording). October is 7 months from now, so unless she's secretly been recording for the past few months (which I doubt since we don't even have a single picture of her entering/exiting a recording studio) than I doubt it's coming this year

If it does come out this year, then she will follow the SPIRM release schedule. Anyone expecting the lead single before August (which is the very earliest it would come out) is setting themselves up for disappointment

HmmT she started getting papped coming out of studios in LA around June/July, probably to put in the finishing touches. So when we start seeing paparazzi pics of her coming out of studios I think that's when we can expect something to come soon
