Yes, it's true. Brit wanted it to be on her greatest hits album but Gags didn't want it to be so she said no and it released it as a single.

I believe it was Gags who said no. I'll have to double check. You'll be waiting at least 3 or so years for her to do another world tour. That's if she tours again. Her Vegas gig is for 2 years.

It is possible to do both at the same time. For Vegas, most likely she will do shows for 5 months, then break for 3 months, then resume again.
