Explanation of "One Minute" by Kelly Clarkson, is: I got the impression that she was singing about this guy who is confusing her. Like, one minute he's loving her, and all happy, but then the next minute he's mad and depressed. She's wondering if it's worth it, because "one minute goes fast". ChaCha ON!
She's just saying that the person she's singing about goes from being happy to sad to happy frequently and seemingly without reason. She's not saying that someone is literally laughing for the duration of one minute
