BAYAR, love, sometimes people listen to artists like Lana and Years & Years simply because they enjoy the music without any pretensions of sophistication. If you approach Lana as a once-in-a-generation poet then you'll love "Video Games", and that's kinda it. If you approach her as an ordinary pop artist who makes beautifully-written (her melodies are lovely and I don't see how anyone could deny this), melancholic pop songs that fit a specific mood we all find ourselves in from time to time, then she's much easier to appreciate.
