That Simon-Monfils match was embarassing and painful to watch. Puffballs, pushing extraodinaire, 140 km/h UNPUNISHED first serves etc. They are lame as hell. They need the lethal injection for this ****ery of a match. I wanted to kill them, myself and you'all for sitting through their BS. Mind you I only watched the last 4 games of the match and I was already infuriated.

Mess
I haven't seen the match BUT if it was like that 71 shot rally where no one really took chances and just gave each other some light practice shots I do not want anymore matches between them. They always bring out the worst in each other, a complete shitfest. I am hoping Murray vs Simon will be much better
Yeah, Monfils is a joke of a returner. Serena, Azarenka or Maria would have ripped that weak serving of Simon appart.
And Kerber is losing to anybody anyways. She's going down this year. She has a negative and arrogant attitude. I can't stand her. Anyways it's not like she had chance against Maria who punched her 61 62 last year in the 3rd round of this very tournament.
I really want a Aga vs Maria match. Their match in Istanbul was prolly the match of the year to me. The rallies were INSANE and the opposition of style is superb. But realistically, if Maria returns, serves like she should to, and above all mix up the pace and width of her groundstrokes she should win in 2.

Even Sara Errani would've had a better chance. Simon's serve is ****...and he has the nerve to criticize women's tennis saying they don't deserve as much money because they don't entertain the fans as much
Kerber I see her dropping out of the top 10 this year. She's a good player but she is NOT going to be able to handle any of the top players...well except Sara.
I feel like it was the 2nd best match of the year (Serena vs Azarenka remains the best) and the winner of that match will determine whether Serena is the clear favorite or not. If Sharapova wins...it may be a split decision on who is the favorite (given that Sharapova has been playing immaculate and Serena has had a few blips, but still good). Radwanska winning puts Serena as the easy favorite no contest. Honestly if Sharapova wins, which she should I would think in 3 sets...then Serena is winning the title in 2. If Aga wins...remember she hasn't lost a set all year...then Serena is winning in 3. It's just about prolonging the inevitable.
Now that this first set is nearly over its time for Sharapova to pack this match away. Nowhere near the immaculate tennis of the first 3 rounds but it's good enough to beat someone of Flipkens calibur. The real challenge could be Radwanska OR Li in the semifinals, who have big chances of upsetting her
