You really don't know how to read? 1989 is one of the T10 acclaimed albums of its year, Red is one of the T20 albums of its year, Speak Now is one of the T30 albums of its year, Fearless is one of the T40 albums of its year.
...Rihanna and Katy, among others, have never had an album that was one of the T40 most acclaimed of their years.
Hope that translation was simple enough. I don't know how to make it any more so.
