50+ year old gays (GrandMadonna's audience) are obviously richer than Gaga's younger audience and can obviously afford to pay more so I don't see the point in comparing their tour grosses
Money is money. You don't ask where it's coming from.
Madonna is also older than half of Africa and that doesn't stop her from outselling, outgrossing and outliving the prostitutes some of you stan for.
A lot of older artists also tour and flop hard i.e. Moo, some rock bands.
Others fade into obscurity i.e. Janet, Janet, Janet.
Some others have strong touring power but not as strong as the lady who flashed her boobs at 54 i.e. Bruce Springsteen, Cher, Kylie, etc.
We technically weren't allowed to listen to any secular music.
