It's not coming this month. It's already the 15th. . Next week Rih will be doing HOME promo. The week after is when Bey, Em, others are releasing. Also Taylor is still selling strong...
I'm not saying Rih is scared to go up against them but why ruin a good chance of debuting at number 1 with her comeback when she could wait (build more anticipation)

BUT Why do people act like its a phenomenon that Rih has big feet. She is tall, tall people are supposed to have big feet/hands. It would be abnormal if she didn't.
