I didn't use this comparison because we had three extra singles between TD and PRISM than we did between PRISM and KP4. The wait didn't feel as long because the era lasted (much) longer.

Too bad Billboard doesn't count them for her 6th #1.

I agree that PRISM era was bigger but at the end of the day you're only as big as your last hit, and it's been a while for her. The Super Bowl was a whole year ago, even Beyonce released self-titled sooner.

maybe because her previous album was not as successful (no shade, i like 4)

tbh i prefer the PWT smashing worldwide rather than another #1 because now everybody knows she is a touring force too

and let's not forget all the acclaim/extra success that came with the SB
