Well.
At the beginning he said that the phone interview was intended to screen the applicant pool of 12 down to 4-5, who would then be called in for final interviews. By the end he pretty much said that I would be getting a call back for the final interview.
He said that he would email me within two weeks, but then he asked if I had any other prospects. I then told him that I have another interview on Thursday, and he changed his timetable to THIS week to schedule the second interview so I could "have all the information when deciding where to go".
It felt to me like he was trying to get the second interview in quick before I take another position
