Queen Connie was too busy filming her show Nashville, which runs a full 22 eps a season. Season 4 will most likely be the end of it tho, so she may return for AHS6.

They tried to get her on Coven, but timing didn't work out.

I'm sure she wasn't rejected. She decided to star in 'Nashville'. And filming for Nashville started way before Asylum

And she will be in American Crime Story
