It was around the 400's. But it's understandable. The tracks that are last on the album always perform worse than the one's that are first in the tracklist.

I think so. But there are a lot factors that play into it so hard to say. Good video, promo, performances, release dates etc. Plus it's sound isn't really Hot 100 but I think that wouldn't really affect it b/c it sounds good.
