Can we just get an Xmen Origins: Quicksilver where he puts on random Now! CDs and runs around saving people? I'd watch it with a massive smile from start to finish and have nothing but love. He's flawless.
(I'm aware it'd get boring within a few minutes, but let me dream of him running around to my playlists)
What fumes are people breathing in here? X2 and DOFP are the great X-Movies, then First Class, then Apocalypse, then X-Men, then The Wolverine, then Last Stand, then we pretend Origins doesn't exist. The end.
People pretending Last Stand is somehow better than DOFP or X2 need to be cut down as harshly as Jubilee from anything that isn't promo spots.
I ****ing kiiing at the fact that Marvel TV is parading around the X-Men because they are having problems with Marvel's film division. If they really wanted to, they could probably work something out with FOX where they can introduce a whole TV version of the X-Men to Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D..
TV doing the InHumans vs Mutants storyline would be delicious watching.
Legion NOT set in X-verse. Hellfire Club IS. I wonder why?
EDIT: Nvm.
Quote:
It's not in the continuity of those films in the sense the current X-Men films take place in a universe in which everybody on planet Earth is aware of the existence of mutants," he said. "The series Legion takes place in a parallel universe, if you will, in which the US government is in the early days of being aware that something called mutants exist but the public is not. I wouldn't foresee characters moving back and forth because they really are parallel universes."
Yeah. I rather they do this in a parallel universe because how would you even explain Xavier having a grown ass child in the movie-verse?
Even though, I would like them to begin to plant the seeds to a movie verse Legion character.
true, although assuming he was born in the 80s and Legion will be set in the present/future thats at least makes him in his mid 20s so its not impossible.
