So? It still managed to peak at the same exact spot, #3, like almost 2 months later. The second time it peaked she could have released the video instead and gotten a #1.

With Rih being the YT queen, she needs to release videos on the weeks where sales and radio are at their highest, then she can go for that 1-2-3 punch and get a #1.
