I'm thinking the album will be released on her birthday December 2, 2013. If not, she need to release the album in late October a la Taylor swift release dates.

Video shoot
Single in late August 2013 performed at MTV VMAs (25th although I'm not here for it this would be an excellent way to promote the residency to fairweathers). Released the single the same week as the VMAs with video.
late August-November first single
Then 2nd single at the end of late October or November/December album release week a la circus era.
Kick off of residency in December towards New Years eve.
Now give us the lead single!
