Wtf. I'm on iTunes itself, this is all I see and I refresh it every 2-5 mins. It still says #39.... On my phone on iTunes app it's #39 too..

iTunes website charts are unreliable, they're v glitchy and miss out songs all the time. There's no "i hate u, i love u" or "I Took A Pill In Ibiza" on that chart for example. It's #39.
