No, when the time comes you just have to click in the mail 'buy tickets', type the code, then keep refreshing the page til you see 'buy tickets' and then you get the waiting screen.. You must not refresh that, otherwise you'll lose your place in the queue. Then after a while (hopefully), you get another screen automatically where you can buy tickets. Then you have to fill in personal info and pay with creditcard , mastercard or american express.
